3Choose your design level
Same template either way — Professional adds extra visual elements (photography, graphic patterns, illustrations) for a richer finish.
How amends work
Your design goes through 3 rounds of amends, so there is plenty of room to get it spot on. Most vans are signed off in one or two.
One round = one list of changes, sent in one go. Whether there is 1 thing on the list or 20, that is still one round.
Free, and never counts
Anything we got wrong. A typo, the wrong number or logo, something that does not match your brief, or a change you already asked for and we missed.
Uses one of your rounds
Changing your mind. A different colour, moving the web address, a new strapline, or something you have thought of since.
A new quote, not an amend
Starting again with a completely different design, adding vehicles or extra panels. We will price that properly rather than charge you for a round.
Need more than 3 rounds? Not a problem — further rounds are £90 each, and you can put as many changes on the list as you like.

7Last thing before you pay
Our templates are made to the van's standard factory body.
Terms
Design fee. The £300 is a non-refundable design fee — it covers your artwork + templating and comes off your final balance. It's non-refundable because our design work starts as soon as you pay.
Modified vehicles. Templates are made to the manufacturer's standard body. Aftermarket bumpers, spoilers, body kits, roof bars or any altered bodywork are not wrapped as standard and may incur additional charges — we'll always confirm any extra cost with you before going ahead.
Fitting date. You'll pick your fitting day straight after payment. It's provisional until your artwork's signed off, then it's confirmed.
Prices. Prices are shown +VAT; the total inc VAT is shown before you pay.
What happens after you pay
- 1. Pick your fitting day, then upload your logo and a few photos of your van.
- 2. Our design team gets in touch with you within five working days with a draft.
- 3. Approve the artwork and pay the balance — you're booked in.
